Shutters with Divider Rails

Adding a divider rail to a shutter gives added versatility and architecture.

It allows the owner to rotate open and close the bottom and top louvers independent of each other. This function dramatically increases the level of privacy control since the owner can close the bottom louvers for privacy and leave the top louvers open for natural lighting.
